Pinheiro Neto and Mattos Filho advise on SLC’s CRA issue
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised the company; Mattos Filho advised the coordinators on the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) in three series of the 93rd (ninety-third) Issuance of True Securitizadora, backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights owed by SLC Máquinas and guaranteed by SLC Participações.
The offer relied on considerable efforts to be structured from a regulatory point of view, which highlights its innovative nature. 199.954 CRA were allocated in the First Series, 200.045 CRA in the Second Series, and 200.001 CRA in the Third Series, totaling 600.000 CRA in the global amount of BRL 600 million.
