Pinheiro Neto announces a new counsel
Pinheiro Neto Advogados announced that Amanda Athayde (pictured) joined at firm as counsel in the Competition, Compliance and International Trade practices.
Amanda is Adjunct Professor of Law at UnB. She holds a PhD in Commercial Law from USP, a Bachelor of Law from UFMG and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Foreign Trade from UNA, and is an alumnus of Université Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne. She is the author of books and academic articles and book chapters in the areas of Competition Law, Compliance, Leniency Agreements, International Trade, Commercial Defense and Corporate Law. She is also co-founder of Women in Antitrust (WIA) and a member of Women Inside Trade (WIT), and creator of the podcast Café com Leite Business Law.
