Pinheiro Neto announces the addition of a new partner

Pinheiro Neto has announced the arrival of new partner Lucas Sant’Anna (pictured), who has over two decades of experience specializing in public law (litigation and advisory services), infrastructure projects, and the analysis of regulatory issues across various sectors. Lucas is joined by counsel José Alexandre Ferreira Sanches and two additional associates.

Sant’Anna built his career at top-tier law firms in Brazil and worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York. He holds a master’s degree in Administrative Law from PUC-SP and an LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law.

José Alexandre holds a postgraduate degree in Business Structures and Operations from FGV and in Civil Law from the Escola Paulista da Magistratura, in addition to a Bachelor of Laws from UNESP.
