Pinheiro Neto assists Desktop in capital increase

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Desktop on the transaction in which the company’s board of directors approved the launch of a private capital increase of at least R$120,000,006.00 and up to R$300,000,006.00 through the issuance of new common shares at R$9.00 per share.

The funds will be used to strengthen the company’s capital structure and accelerate its organic and inorganic growth paths.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as sole counsel to Desktop, with partners Eduardo Paoliello (pictured left) and Cauê Myanaki (pictured right), associate Taisa Sani, and assistants Beatriz Pecci Marani and Roberta de Almeida.
