PMK and Navarro act on issuance of CRI by Canal Securitizadora
PMK Advogados acted in the 1st series of the 46th issuance of real estate receivables certificates (CRI) of Canal Securitizadora, in the total amount of BRL 47,800 million, backed by real estate credits due by GRU Elementos Desenvolvimento Imobiliário.
The public offering was carried out in accordance with CVM Rule 160 by BS2 DTVM, as the sole bookrunner, through the automatic registration procedure, and was exclusively intended for professional investors, as defined in article 11 of CVM Rule 30.
PMK Advogados acted as deal counsel and included partner Rana Moraz Müller (pictured left) and associates Karen Dognani, Ana Júlia Junqueira de Carvalho, Júlia Emy de Campos and João Costa.
