PPO advises San Cristobal Mining on Minera San Cristobal acquisition

PPO Abogados has advised Canadian San Cristobal Mining on the acquisition of Minera San Cristobal, a Bolivian company with mining rights over the largest mine in Bolivia, together with two other affiliates, from Sumitomo Corporation.

The mine produces silver, lead and zinc in the Potosi region of Bolivia.

Boughton Law Corporation, Aird & Berlis, and Dorsey & Whitney also acted as advisors on the transaction. Morrison & Foerster LLP and Bufete Aguirre Quintanilla Soria & Nishizawa SC advised the seller.
