Morimor on Waldorf Astoria hotel project in Costa Rica

Morgan & Morgan has advised the group of senior partners in a joint venture for the development, construction and operation of a Waldorf Astoria hotel project in Punta Cacique, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

The project will consist of a luxury beach resort with approximately 40 residential units and 190 hotel rooms, for an investment of more than US$180,000,000. The project has already started construction and the hotel is expected to open its doors to welcome guests in 2025.
