PPU advised Centinela on Scherma acquisition

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría advised Pesquera Centinela on its acquisition of Inversiones Scherma in Peru.

Pesquera Centinela is a Peruvian fish processing company and the subsidiary of Grupo Romero, a diversified holding group. Inversiones Scherma are the owners of fishing ship Ernestina and its corresponding fishing quota.

The transaction value was estimated at aproximately betwen $15 to $25 million.
