PPU advises on sale of MAGUSA shares to Global Critical Logistics
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Peru has advised the shareholders of MAGUSA GLOBAL CARGO, an international logistics company, on the sale of its shares to Global Critical Logistics, parent company of Rock-it Cargo.
The transaction, which took place on 29 November, involved the transfer of entities and assets in the United States, Peru, Mexico and Spain. Rosa C. Maguina and Carlos R. Maguina acted as sellers.
