PPU and Estudio Rodrigo instructed on Mall Aventura financing

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría acted for Mall Aventura on obtaining a $81 million bridge financing granted by Scotiabank. Rodrigo Elias & Medrano advised the bank.

Mall Aventura is a shopping mall developer in Peru. The company will use proceeds of the loan, which was denominated in Peruvian nuevos soles, to develop new projects.

Partners Antonio Guarniz and Fabiola Capurro led the PPU team advising Mall Aventura.

Scotiabank instructed a team at Rodrigo Elias & Medrano fronted by partner Diego Peschiera.
