PPU assists Tanner in Bond Programme Update
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Chile has assisted Tanner Servicios Financieros in the update of its USD $2,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme and its registration on the Euronext Exchange.
The Notes will be offered under the Rule 144A exemption from registration and to non-US persons pursuant to Regulation S of the Securities Act.
This transaction, closed on 20 March, is particularly relevant considering the size of the programme and the diversity of jurisdictions involved. It demonstrates Tanner’s excellent creditworthiness and the high confidence it generates in its investors.
Mayer Brown, Dentons and Linklaters also advised on the transaction, which involved the jurisdictions of Chile, the UK and Ireland. BNP Paribas acted as arranger and distributor, while PWC acted as auditor.
