Tourinho Leal Drummond de Andrade Advocacia opens in Brasília

Lawyers Saul Tourinho Leal (pictured left) and Rebeca Drummond de Andrade (pictured right) have opened the Tourinho Leal Drummond Andrade Advocacia – TLDA law firm in Brasília.

The firm is focused on challenging cases that generate multi-sectoral impacts, requiring a strategic and personalized approach. Another of the firm’s specialties is its work in the higher courts and in constitutional claims before the Federal Supreme Court (STF).

Tourinho Leal Drummond Andrade Advocacia acts in both litigation and consultancy, supported by the solid professional and academic background of its partners and team.

Litigation involves complex and leading cases, which require careful attention so that the decision-makers are aware of all the important aspects of the case; professional communication with the Superior Courts, the Supreme Court and other decision-makers; the drafting of briefs that will be read by the judges and technical advisors; as well as oral arguments that actually contribute to the deliberation of the case. Advisory work involves drafting opinions, legal opinions, case mapping and monitoring meetings.

The office also has a charming Carlos Drummond de Andrade space, which houses documents, books and historical photos of the late writer from Minas Gerais. It is a space for meetings and debates on topics relevant to the legal environment and the arts.
