PPU instructed on airport expansion project in Colombia

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría advised Sociedad Aeroportuaria de la Costa (SACSA) on a PPP project for the Cartagena airport. 

The matter included the legal structuring and filing of the feasibility studies before the National Infrastructure Agency (ANI).

The project covers the design, construction and operation of the expansion of Cartagena International Airport, for a total value of $440 million. This is reportedly the first unsolicited PPP project filed in Colombia.

Partner Jorge Di Terlizzi led the PPU team advising SACSA.
