Partners Juan Fernando Gaviria in Colombia and Miguel Ronceros in Peru led the PPU team advising the borrowers. For NY counsel, Promigas and Gases del Pacifico instructed White & Case.

The banks retained Rebaza, Alcazar & de las Casas in Peru and Holland & Knight in Colombia and the US.
