PPU represents IKSA in loan for real estate project
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Peru has represented Inmobiliaria Koricancha (IKSA) in connection with a medium-term loan obtained from Banco de Crédito del Perú for the construction of a real estate project.
This transaction was signed in February and disbursed in March, for a value of approximately US$20 MM. CMS Grau also participated in the transaction.
The advice consisted of assistance with the loan agreements and the guarantees provided to secure IKSA’s obligations thereunder. The guarantees granted involved a mortgage agreement and a trust agreement. A crucial part of the implementation of one of the guarantees involved coordination with Lima Airport Partners. The advice also involved the granting of a bridge loan before the medium term.
