PPU represents Kaufmann Ventures in investment in EVSY

PPU Chile has counselled Kaufmann Ventures on its first investment in the app EVSY

 Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría has represented Kaufmann Ventures in its first investment in EVSY app. Thanks to this transaction, Kaufmann Group’s investments expand to electromobility through its Corporate Venture Capital.

This transaction was closed on April 18th, with ECIJA advising EVSY.

EVSY is one of the first start-ups incubated by Kaufmann Ventures and this investment represents a unique development opportunity for EVSY in Spain.
