PPV counsels LBD and Direma on luxury real estate project

Posadas Posadas & Vecino has counselled La Buonora & Asociados Desarrollos (LBD) and Direma, real estate development companies, on the structuring of a luxury real estate project in Montevideo.

This transaction was announced on 5 June and included the acquisition of land as well as a financing structure.

The residential, commercial and office project will be located near Montevideo’s Carrasco International Airport, and will feature six towers of 18 floors, including a total of 110 flats.
