Payet Rey Cauvi Pérez Abogados has advised the Chilean industrial conglomerate Elecmetal on the acquisition of a stake in Fundición Ventanilla- FUNVESA, as well as on the acquisition of the land where its plant is located.
FUNVESA produces steel castings for mining and industrial companies and has around 250 employees.
