PRCP promotes two new partners
Payet Rey Cauvi Pérez Abogados has promoted César Carlin and Michelle Aramburu as new partners of the firm to strengthen the Dispute Resolution and Regulatory Law areas, respectively.
César (pictured left) is a graduate of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has teaching experience as an adjunct professor of Procedural Law courses at the PUCP and the Universidad de Lima. He has more than 10 years of experience, specialising in arbitration and civil, commercial, constitutional and contentious-administrative proceedings. She has led strategies in commercial disputes and judicial proceedings, representing important national and foreign companies in high impact cases in various economic sectors.
Michelle (pictured right) is a graduate of the University of Lima and holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. She has been an international associate in the Bogotá office of Brigard & Urrutia. She has more than 15 years of experience in regulatory and administrative law, with a focus on key areas such as energy, infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships (PPPs).
