Priori & Carrillo joins forces with Miranda & Amado

Miranda & Amado announced the integration of Priori & Carrillo, a litigation boutique law firm in Lima.

Priori & Carrillo was founded in February 2007 with a number of lawyers from Benites, Forno & Ugaz Abogados and other law firms in Peru.  Founders Giovanni Priori and Santiago Carrillo will join Miranda & Amado as partners.

After the integration becomes effective, Miranda & Amado will be home to one of the largest litigation and arbitration practices in the country, with 28 lawyers in total.

“We are very pleased with this arrangement, as it will consolidate Miranda & Amado’s leading position in Peru, and allow us to continue providing a first-class service,” said Alberto Delgado, managing partner at Miranda & Amado, in the announcement.
