PwC Legal Argentina counsels on Grupo Puente restructuring
PwC Legal Argentina’s business and corporate law department has acted as counsel to financial services company Grupo Puente on its corporate restructuring to complete the fusion of its affiliates Puente Hnos., Puente Holding and Puente Inversiones y Servicios.
Puente Group provides financial services to corporations, institutional investors, governments and individuals, as well as wealth management services and investment solutions.
PwC Legal’s capital markets, corporate law and tax experts were involved in the restructuring, which had been received prior approval from Argentina’s stock exchange commission.
The PwC team was led by the managing partner of the department of business and corporate law, Alberto S. Martínez Costa, with the assistance of lawyer María Celeste Maldonado.
