Quiñones Alayza Abogados has announced the incorporation of Lourdes Luna as a senior associate of the firm

 Peruvian law firm Quiñones Alayza Abogados has added Lourdes Luna as a senior associate.

On announcing her incorporation, Lourdes commented: “I feel privileged to be joining QA, a firm full of professionals of such a high level and with an enormous human quality. Lourdes is a lawyer with Summa Cum Laude from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and holds a Master’s degree in Construction Law from the University of Melbourne. Prior to joining QA, she was an associate at Estudio Echecopar and a paralegal at Baker McKenzie. She also has extensive experience in dispute resolution and public procurement. She has provided advice in relation to compliance with contractual deadlines, early notifications and other legal requirements in the framework of the formulation of various types of claims, such as extensions of time, liquidation of work, acceleration and mitigation, among others. She is a lecturer at the Universidad Científica del Sur and an arbitration trainer at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
