Queiroz e Lautenschläger Advogados announces the arrival of José Enio Viana de Paula as a new partner of the Labor Law, Executive Compensation, and Labor Union area.
With 20 years of experience and vast expertise in advising national and international clients, Enio worked previously in Mattos Filho. He has experience in representing employers in actions and procedures of all complexities, especially in class actions, public civil
actions, and in monitoring civil inquiries.
In the preventive sphere and in the corporate consulting practice, he has assisted several clients in union negotiations, strikes and/or work stoppages, participated in M&A operations, as well as structured contracts and executive compensation plans.
The partner will take over a new operation of Queiroz e Lautenschläger Advogados, which will be implemented in Campinas. The new office unit is part of the firm’s regional expansion in the State of São Paulo.
The expansion plan also reaches the area covered by the Regional Labor Court of the 15th Region (TRT). The changes and implementations aim to provide the best legal advice and intensify the offer of services in Labor and Union Law for clients in Campinas and region.
Enio works very closely with TRT, which is a strategic differential of Queiroz e Lautenschläger Advogados for its clients and counsel. For the lawyer, his integration into the group of partners will reinforce the firm’s expansion plan.
