Pinheiro Neto and Lobo de Rizzo act on CPFL issuance
Pinheiro Neto advised CPFL (Companhia Paulista de Força e Luz) on its 12th issuance of simple debentures, non convertible into shares, in single series, additional fidejussory guarantee, as per CVM ruling 476.
The total amount was BRL 3,192,000,000.00.
Banco Santander Brasil, Banco Bradesco BBI and Banco Itaú BBA acted as underwriters and was advised by Lobo de Rizzo.
The resources obtained by the issuer with the debentures will be used for refinancing the issuer’s indebtedness and to reinforce its working capital.
