RAD counsels Rimac Hydro on loan from BCP
Rebaza Alcázar & De las Casas has counselled Rimac Hydro in the negotiation and disbursement of a loan granted by Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP) for the purchase of shares in Hidroeléctrica Huanchor.
The loan is secured by an asset and cash flow management and guarantee trust structure.
The disbursement and acquisition of Huanchor took place on 11 October.
Rimac Hydro is a special purpose company incorporated by EDF Perú and the funds AC Capitales Infrastructure II, AC Capitales Fondo Infraestructura II and AC Capitales Fondo Infraestructura II GP.
Marcos Roriz, Eduardo Rojas and Jonathan Rojas acted as in-house lawyers for EDF Perú.
