Rebaza Alcázar adds new senior associate

Peruvian law firm Rebaza Alcázar & De Las Casas has announced the addition of Alejandro Diaz Valdez (pictured) as a senior associate of the firm to strengthen its Venture Capital & Technology practice, an area led by partner Alexandra Orbezo.

Alejandro has more than 10 years of experience in Corporate Law, Venture Capital and M&A. He is a graduate of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and is admitted to practice in both countries.

Prior to his appointment, he worked as a junior associate at Beccar Varela, as a corporate lawyer for Toyota Argentina, was an associate at Baker & McKenzie Argentina and a senior associate at Porto legal, in Peru.
