Rebaza Alcázar counsels Séché on acquisition of ESSAC

Rebaza Alcázar & De Las Casas has counselled Séché Environnement on the acquisition of 100% of the shares issued by Engineering Services (ESSAC).

This acquisition, which took place on 29 September, will enable Séché to expand its presence in certain sectors in the country, such as mining, gas, construction and real estate, among others.
