Rebaza Alcázar in new line of business of W Capital

Rebaza Alcázar & De Las Casas has advised W Capital, through its subsidiary W Servicios Financieros (W Factoring), in the structuring and implementation of a new business line in Factoring.

Thanks to this transaction, W Capital will increase its range of investment products, with a line of investment fund management, through W Capital Safi, and now in factoring, allowing it to offer financing through the discounting of negotiable invoices.

The consultancy involved the incorporation of the W Factoring entity as a specialised company registered with the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP, as well as the contractual and funding structuring of the business.
