B&E represents CMB in acquisition of shares in Puerto Chincui
Barros & Errázuriz has represented CMB Prime Administradora General de Fondos, through the CMB-LV Infraestructura III Investment Fund, in the acquisition of 50.1% of the shares of Terminales Marítimos de la Patagonia, sole owner of Puerto Chincui.
As of 7 February 2023, the Fund entered into a Share Subscription and Sale and Purchase Agreement under which the Fund undertook to acquire 50.1% of the shares of TMP, a transaction which will materialise upon fulfilment of certain conditions set out in the Agreement.
The Chincui port is located in the south of Chile, specifically in the commune of Puerto Montt, Los Lagos region.
