Cerolini & Ferrari acts in issue of Agrofin Agrocommodities
Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados has acted as advisor in a new issue of negotiable obligations of Agrofin Agrocommodities, under the Régimen PyME CNV Garantizada for a value of US$ 1,227,644.
The Series III Notes were issued on 13 April, at a nominal annual interest rate of 0%, maturing in April 2025, with principal amortised in three instalments.
The offer was addressed to the local market and the Series III Notes have been authorised to be listed and traded on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE) and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (ByMA).
Banco Supervielle and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires acted as arrangers, placement agents and guarantors of the Notes and Supervielle Agente de Negociación acted as placement agent.
Agrofin is an exporter of Specialties (beans, popcorn, peas, lentils, chickpeas, pisingallo corn, coriander, among others) with more than 12 years in the market and with presence in more than 100 countries.
