Machado Meyer and VPBG act in deal between BTG and EQI
Machado Meyer assisted BTG Pactual in the transaction involving BTG Pactual‘s strategic investment for the incorporation of a securities brokerage firm (corretora de títulos e valores mobiliários – CTVM) with EQI (an investment advisors office), as well as the entering of an agreement for EQI to act as an investment advisor for BTG Pactual and CTVM.
