RE&M represents Sites del Perú in its first debt issue
Rodrigo Elías & Medrano has represented Sites del Perú, a telecommunications tower operator and subsidiary of Mexico’s Sitios Latinoamérica, in its first debt issuance for S/872 million maturing in 2033.
The issuance was made under Regulation S and registered in the Institutional Investors Segment of the Public Registry of the Securities Market of the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores (SMV).
The Notes are guaranteed by Sitios Latinoamérica, Torres Latinoamérica, and Torres do Brasil.
