Ritch Mueller acts in exchange offer of ALFA

Ritch Mueller has acted as legal counsel to JP Morgan in connection with ALFA’s consent solicitation and CUSIP exchange offer in respect of its 6.875% Senior Notes due 2044 issued under foreign law as part of an authorised programme of up to USD $500 million.

Other participating firms were Baker & McKenzie as counsel to Alfa, and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton as counsel to JP Morgan in New York.

Ritch Muller’s team was led by partner Luis A. Nicolau Gutiérrez (pictured), with support from Juan Carlos Rodríguez Hernández and Juan Ignacio Cerdá Rebora.
