MCRM represents Molinos Río de la Plata acquisition in McCain
Mitrani Caballero & Ruiz Moreno has represented Molinos Río de la Plata in the acquisition of the frozen pizza production plant and the Sibarita brand of McCain Argentina.
The transaction was completed in a short period of time and involved the analysis of the feasibility and the preparation of preliminary documents, as well as the due diligence process, the report with the characteristics of the transaction and the purchase and sale of assets.
