Ritch Mueller advises Alójica on acquisition of The Royal Islander hotel
Ritch Mueller has advised Alójica in connection with a secured term loan facility granted by Banorte for the acquisition and refurbishment of The Royal Islander hotel in Cancún, Quintana Roo. The firm also advised Alójica on the M&A transaction.
This transaction was completed on 11 December, where Galicia Abogados advised the sellers, and Cannizzo Ortiz y Asociados acted as special counsel to the buyer on due diligence.
Carlos Galván Duque acted as counsel to Banorte.
