Ritch Mueller assists Creation Investments in DD360 investment
Ritch Mueller has assisted Creation Investments, as lead investor, in an investment round on behalf of real estate technology platform DD360.
The investment by the company was in the amount of $25 million USD, bringing the total amount of the deal to $91 million USD, which complements the $140 million USD of financing DD360 raised through credit facilities.
This transaction will enable DD360 to continue to consolidate its position as an agile and efficient financing alternative for the real estate sector in Mexico, in addition to further developing its digital platforms.
Chicago-based Creation Investments Capital Management facilitates access to financing for the unbanked and underbanked. It has more than $1.8 billion in assets under management in financial companies globally.
DD360 is a financial platform with an integrated Fintech and Proptech approach that offers financing and management of residential real estate in Mexico, including solutions for the pre-development, project finance and marketing stages.
