Ritch Mueller counsels QX Global on sale of Chazey Partners México
Ritch Mueller has counselled QX Global Group, a global consulting firm, on the sale of the shares of its Mexican subsidiary Chazey Partners México.
The transaction, which closed on 5 July, involved the jurisdictions of the UK, US, India and Colombia. Other participating firms included Dechert, as well as Sacker & Partners in the UK, Posse Herrera Ruiz in Colombia, S&R Associates in India, and Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr in the US.
