Ritch Mueller represents Fibra MTY on industrial warehouses acquisition

Ritch Mueller has represented Fibra MTY in the acquisition of a portfolio of eight Class A stabilised industrial buildings located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, with a rentable area of 185,966 sqm on 347,306 sqm of land.

The two-phase transaction, completed on 10 December 2024, included an upfront payment of USD $119 million for six warehouses, with the balance of USD $73.4 million to be settled for the remaining two warehouses, currently under construction, upon completion of deliveries in the second quarter of 2025.
