RNSJ informs that her partner is the new Secretary of Management of São Paulo
RNSJ – Rubens Naves Santos Jr. Advogados has reorganized positions after informing that partner Marcela Arruda has taken office as São Paulo’s Secretary of Management
RNSJ – Rubens Naves Santos Jr. Advogados informed that partner Marcela Cristina Arruda Nunes (pictured) was invited by the Mayor of the City of São Paulo, Mr. Ricardo Nunes, to exercise the position of Municipal Secretary of Management.
As a partner, Marcela coordinated the firm’s Third Sector and Administrative Litigation areas, in addition to her role as Administrative and Financial Director of our organization. In view of her licensing from these functions with the firm and the OAB/SP, the Third Sector area will be coordinated by Raquel Elisa Martone Grazzioli, a professional who has been combining legal practice with studies and publications of scientific papers on the subject.
The Administrative Litigation team will be headed by Mariana Vitório Tiezzi, a specialist in Administrative Law who has vast experience in working with control and regulatory bodies, bids, administrative processes, and inquiries in general. Finally, the coordinator of the tax area, Eduardo Guersoni Behar, will be responsible for the Administrative and Financial Directory of our company.
