Salaverri acts in new Notes issue of Crown Point Energía
Salaverri Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán has acted as counsel to Crown Point Energía in the issuance of its Class V Notes denominated in dollars and subscribed, integrated and payable in pesos, at a fixed interest rate, for a par value of US$ 7,183,058.
The issuance was made under the program for the issuance of simple notes (not convertible into shares) for up to US$ 75,000,000.
Banco de Servicios y Transacciones acted as arranger of the offering, and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, together with SBS Trading, Macro Securities and Zofingen Securities acted as placement agents.
