Salaverri advises Crown Point in acquisition from PAE

Salaverri Burgio Wetzler Malbrán has advised Crown Point Energía (Crown Point) in the acquisition from Pan American Energy (PAE) of 100% of its interest as operator in the “Piedra Clavada” and “Koluel Kaike” areas, located in the Province of Santa Cruz.

This transaction, closed on October 31, expands Crown Point’s portfolio in Argentina, becoming at the same time the operator of oil assets in the province of Santa Cruz.

Salaverri’s team was led by partners Diego Salaverri (pictured left), Santiago García Mira (pictured centre) and Santiago Freyre (pictured right), together with associate Delfina Meccia.
