Salaverri and Bruchou advise on issuance of Class 15 Notes by Pampa Energía
Salaverri Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán has advised Pampa Energía, and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised the underwriters, in the placement and issuance in the local market of class 15 notes, subscribed and integrated at a nominal value of $10,378,679,375 Argentine pesos.
The Notes were issued on 11 January 2023, under the Simple Negotiable Obligations Programme (Non-Convertible into Shares) and/or Negotiable Obligations Convertible into Shares for up to V/N US$ 2,000,000,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value).
The Class 15 Notes, denominated and payable in Pesos, have a variable interest rate resulting from the addition of the Applicable Margin to the Reference Rate, and mature on 11 July 2024.
