Salaverri and Bruchou assist in new Pampa Energía issue

Salaverri Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán has assisted Pampa Energía, and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja assisted the underwriters, in the placement and issuance in the local market of class 16 and class 17 notes, the latter being aligned with the four main components of the Green Bond Principles.

The Notes were issued on 4 May 2023, under the Simple Negotiable Obligations Programme (Non-Convertible into Shares) and/or Negotiable Obligations Convertible into Shares for up to V/N US$ 2,000,000,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value).

The Class 16 Notes were issued at a fixed annual nominal rate of 4.99%, for a nominal value in Dollars of US$ 55,744,200, maturing on November 4, 2025, denominated, subscribed, integrated and payable in Dollars, in Argentina; while the Class 17 Notes were issued for a nominal value in Pesos of $ 5,980,316,325, maturing on May 4, 2024, subscribed and integrated in Pesos and/or in kind through the delivery of Class 8 Notes, at variable interest rate.

Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Santander Argentina, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina), Balanz Capital Valores, SBS Trading, Banco Mariva, Cocos Capital, Invertir en Bolsa, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Adcap Securities, Puente Hnos, Banco Patagonia and Banco Hipotecario acted as underwriters.

María Agustina Montes, Maite Zornoza and Juan Manuel Recio acted as in-house lawyers, and Patricio Benegas, Debora Tortosa Chavez and Julieta Castagna acted as in-house financial advisors to Pampa Energía.
