Salaverri and Bruchou in new issue of Pampa Energía Notes
Salaverri Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán has advised Pampa Energía, and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja the underwriters, in the placement and issuance in the local capital market of the class 22 Notes.
The Notes were issued on 4 October, at a fixed annual nominal rate of 5.75%, for a nominal value in dollars of USD $83,977,835, maturing on 4 October 2028, denominated, subscribed, integrated and payable in dollars. The Notes will be redeemed in a single instalment on the maturity date.
In addition, the Notes were issued under the Simple Negotiable Obligations Programme (Non-Convertible into Shares) and/or Negotiable Obligations Convertible into Shares for up to V/N US$ 1,400,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value).
The Notes have been admitted for listing in the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets and authorized for trading in the Electronic Open Market and rated on September 27th locally by FIX SCR Risk Rating Agent as ‘AA+ (arg)’ with stable outlook.
Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires acted as underwriter and settlement agent; and Banco Santander Argentina, Cocos Capital, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina), Banco Mariva, Banco Comafi, Banco Patagonia and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires acted as underwriters.
