Santos Neto advise Alphaville on the incorporation of Terras Alpha
Santos Neto Advogados advised Alphaville Group on the incorporation of Terras Alpha Uberaba Empreendimentos Imobiliários, a joint venture with RCG Engenharia e Empreendimentos for the development of the Terras Alpha Uberaba real estate project, for residential allotment, with a total area of 347,570.20 m2.
This is the group’s first allotment project in Uberaba, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, which has been notably growing every year.
Santos Neto partner Bruno Salama (pictured), led the transaction which also counted with the advisory of Henrique Munia e Erbolato, Luiz Otavio Amorini de Castro, Ana Beatriz Florido Cortez and Laura Franciscato Rodolfo.
RCG, in its turn, was advised by Marcelo Guaritá and Willian de Souza Campos da Silva, from Peluso, Stupp e Guaritá Advogados.
