Santos Neto advise Trinity on the acquisition of Kompass
Santos Neto Advogados (SNA) advised Trinity, one of the largest energy traders in the country, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Kompass Energias Renováveis, a leader in renewable energy solutions for condos.
The merger of the companies reinforces the commitment to investing in renewable energies, particularly of photovoltaic origin.
