Santos Neto advises 3rd debentures issuance of Cedro Textil
Santos Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel, advising Guide Investimentos and Cedro Textil, in the public offering of debentures, in a single series, for public distribution under automatic distribution registration rite of CVM Rule 160, for professional investors, of the 3rd issue of Cedro Textil, in the total amount of BRL 160 million.
The distribution of the debentures was carried out by Guide Investimentos.
