Santos Neto advises CRA´s issuance of Charrua Distribuidora

Santos Neto Advogados advised Charrua Distribuidora and other companies of the Argenta Group, on the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of 171th issue of Opea Securitizadora, backed by Charrua, as per CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 450 million. Distribution of CRAs was carried out by BTG Pactual Investment Banking and XP Investimentos, which was advised by Mattos Filho Advogados.
