Santos Neto advises CRA’s issuances of Bahia Etanol
Santos Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel, advising Kinea Investimentos, Opea Securitizadora and Bahia Etanol (Bel), in the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of the 108th and 109th issues of Opea, backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights due by Bel, as per CVM Resolution 160, according to the Automatic Registration Rite.
The total amount of the issue was R$ 100,000,000.00.
