Santos Neto advises Grupo Maringá on debentures issuance
Santos Neto Advogados advised Grupo Maringá on the structuring of the public offering of infrastructure debentures of the 1st issuance of Maringá Ferro-Liga, in a single series, for public distribution under the automatic registration procedure of CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 70 million.
The proceeds raised by the issuer will be allocated to infrastructure projects related to renewable energy generation. The public offering was carried out with the intermediation of One Corporate Assessoria e Consultoria.
